Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Representative - PT:

• Secure prime shelf positioning for new products and promotional campaigns.
• Promote and construct appealing product displays to enhance visibility.
• Replenish shelves with product inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Cultivate positive and productive relationships with store management and personnel.
• Ensure adherence to store layout plans (planograms), verifying accurate pricing and signage.
• Track inventory levels and provide informed recommendations for product orders to store management.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess comfort and proficiency in using a smart device for work-related tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
• Physical capability to regularly lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Must have reliable personal transportation and the willingness to travel between multiple retail locations within an assigned territory.
• Must be able to transport necessary sales and promotional materials.
• Prior experience in a retail and/or customer service setting is considered a plus.
