What You'll Do:

  • Support the Merchandising team in the development and execution of assortment plans that align with the brand's vision and financial targets.
  • Assist in analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Help manage the product lifecycle, from initial concept through in-store execution, ensuring timely delivery and effective presentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Design, Production, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising, to ensure cohesive product strategies.
  • Maintain accurate product information within relevant systems and tools.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports to communicate assortment strategies and performance.
  • Track and analyze competitor activities to stay informed of market dynamics.
  • Support the team in managing inventory levels and optimizing product flow.
  • Participate in market research and store visits to gain a deeper understanding of the customer and the retail environment.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in retail and the fashion industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive and eager approach to learning and taking on new challenges.
